Preview draft for owner review. Add the operating business name, address, governing law, service availability terms and final liability language before offering paid access.

These draft terms describe the current PlotProof public preview, including the free browser-based file checker. They are not a complete agreement for paid workspace access.

What the preview does

The validator performs basic structure and geometry checks on a selected GeoJSON, JSON or supported CSV file in your browser. It can close unclosed polygon rings in the cleaned download. It does not check country borders, assess a supplier or shipment, or confirm legal eligibility.

Preparation support only

PlotProof helps prepare and organize information for your own process. It does not provide legal advice, make decisions for your business or submit information to the EU Information System. You are responsible for reviewing the files and deciding how to use them.

Availability and pricing

Pricing shown on the website is planned launch pricing. The paid workspace, trials, annual billing and subscription checkout are not active in this preview. Sending an email to request early access does not create a paid subscription.

Files and messages

Files selected in the public validator are processed in your browser tab. If you email PlotProof, include only information you are comfortable sharing through email.
